About Sian
Our founder, Sian Richardson, started the company in 2011, following a successful 23-year career with a FTSE 100 company spanning HR Management, Recruitment, Operations Management, Auditing and Training.
As Sian is from a forces family and has a number of contacts in the defence, police and emergency services sectors, she understands first-hand the challenges of carving out a new career in the civilian sector. This, combined with her experience in the corporate environment, gives her a unique insight into how best to help candidates communicate with future employers to strongly market their skills and value proposition.
Sian has successfully steered thousands of clients through the application process and helped them to quickly secure the job they want, helping to facilitate their smooth transition to Civvy Street. She works with managers and top executives across all major sectors and has clients worldwide.
Sian also supports a number of military organisations and regularly gives free CV and careers advice at national careers events hosted across the UK by British Forces Resettlement Services
When not crafting CVs, Sian enjoys reading fictional crime novels, gardening and hot-air ballooning.

About Vicki
A former member of the RAF & RAF Reserves, Vicki enjoyed a successful career in the events industry before changing direction to become a qualified coach.
A member of the Association for Coaching, much of Vicki’s work has been focused on supporting military personnel and their families through their resettlement from the Armed Forces to civilian life.
With her empathetic and positive approach, she tailors her coaching support to each individual so they can quickly recognise and appreciate their transferable skills and experience, values and strengths, focus their aims and develop personal strategies for achieving them.
Vicki is a true believer in the power of coaching and the positive outcomes it brings for all facing change or seeking to overcoming new career challenges.
In her spare time, Vicki enjoys Tae Kwon Do and coaching young people on their journey through education.
